Jennifer Hayashi

Hi, I'm Jennifer Hayashi, an energetic, colourful conceptual designer, art director and illustrator based in London. I have over 10 years of experience working across the FMCG, entertainment and fashion industries. I started my career in Japan as a designer in a Japanese agency before moving to London to work with some of the worlds largest brands (Netflix, Amazon, Audi, Impulse, Axe, Samsung etc). I now work at We Are Social as Associate Design Director, by hustle, I work on freelance creative projects and illustrations for clients. I have a multi-discipline skill set, from digital design to motion graphics and integrated campaigns. I’m passionate about creative that really speaks to the audience and brings a bit of joy to daily life.

I am a positive powerhouse and an active part of the creative industry often speaking at creative events, mentoring others, or judging creative awards. I believe in the power of collaboration and love helping brands and agencies with their creative problems.
