Raro de Oliveira

Nasci no Rio de Janeiro em 1968, estudei Design Gráfico na Escola de Belas Artes da UFRJ e atuei em agências de propaganda no Rio, Belo Horizonte e Curitiba. Sou professor de desenho e um dos organizadores do grupo desenho urbano, Urban Sketchers Curitiba. Também publiquei com outros autores o livro Sketchers do Brasil e tenho participação em exposições coletivas de arte como: Traços Curitibanos, 9 Artistas do Paraná, Retrospectiva Urban Sketchers Curitiba, Volta ao Centro Histórico em 80 dias e a exposição individual Lugares de Mim. Atualmente atuo como designer e ilustrador e meus desenhos ilustram livros de poesias e literatura.

I was born in Rio de Janeiro in 1968, studied Graphic Design at the School of Fine Arts at UFRJ and worked in advertising agencies in Rio, Belo Horizonte and Curitiba. I am a drawing teacher and one of the organizers of the urban design group, Urban Sketchers Curitiba. I also published the book Sketchers do Brasil with other authors and have participated in collective art exhibitions such as: Traços Curitibanos, 9 Artists from Paraná, Retrospective Urban Sketchers Curitiba, Return to the Historic Center in 80 days and the solo exhibition Lugares de Mim. as a designer and illustrator and my drawings illustrate books of poetry and literature.
