Laurence Vallières

I am known for the creation of large-scale sculptures in cardboard. I studied at Concordia University in visual arts before doing an exchange program in Los Angeles to further my knowledge in ceramics. It’s only after graduation that I started to use different material in my work. By using cardboard, material that I find in abundance in the street, my work is affordable and ecological. My work has allowed me to travel around the world, participate in multiple festivals and exhibit in museum notably in Europe, North America and Asia.
