Valentina and Giuseppe are Sicilian architects. Both hold degrees in architecture, although Giuseppe originally studied fine arts before deciding to follow his passion for design. After gaining experience in Italy and abroad, they founded Studio GUM in the historic city center of Ragusa in 2010. While the primary focus of their studio is architecture, the duo also organizes and promotes activities and events revolving around visual arts.
Their unique approach of including artists and incorporating other disciplines into their work has led them to collaborate with a variety of clients throughout their career, designing and renovating private residences, businesses, showrooms, hotels, and more.
