Lygia Pontes is a communications expert specializing in productivity. With a degree in public relations from the USP, she went on to found the Universidade da Eficácia, where she works as a consultant as well as giving workshops, talks, and training sessions that demonstrate how to build a successful career with a light and enjoyable workload, without sacrificing what makes you happy.
She is also a member of the YLAI (Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative), a professional scholarship program sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, as well as a volunteer mentor for the social project Plano de Menina, which prepares young people from disadvantaged communities to become protagonists of their own stories.
