David J East

I am a filmmaker and photographer from London. I grew up in South Africa and have worked in film for the the last 10 years. I've worked from commercials to music videos to short films. I have been lucky to work with a bunch of different bands and artists from Foals, Melanie C, Mumford & Sons, Jagwar Ma and many more.

My work is heavily influenced by fine art and filmmakers such as Stanley Kubrick. One of my favourite parts about this job is the ability to tell such unique and different stories.
