I am a full time artist and photographer living in the northeast of The United States. I have four grown children and four grandchildren. My military husband and I lived all over the world while also raising our family and we enjoy the outdoors and travel. When I developed cancer 12 years ago I decided to pursue my art passions through jewelry design and later photography. I ran a shop called The Taffy Box up until 2018, which was when I bought my first small kiln for use with precious metal clay, and after that began my portrait photography business because I realized after losing many friends to cancer that a photo is the only thing your loved ones will have of you in the end. I also discovered stock photography and began to photograph everything I could find. I am most inspired by nature such as landscapes, flowers and birds. My favorite days are spent wandering and exploring and discovering new places and subjects to photograph. While at home I love to create beautiful paintings with watercolor and acrylics. I mostly do commissions of portraiture, and also of homes which realtors give as client gifts. I have been in remission for over ten years now and count every day a blessing !
