Founder of Lola Media Ltd., I help companies across the creative, cultural and tech sector to grow through dynamic, inventive use of their existing assets and intellectual property. In a nutshell I help freelancers, SMEs and brands exploit what they already own in new ways developing additional products/services to bring in unexpected revenues for faster, more resilient growth. It's fascinating, fun and unexpectedly creative.
Having worked as both a creative head and a financial director within several different sectors, I am adept at borrowing business models from different industries to shake companies up. And it's something every business can do, no matter their size. Clients have ranged from National Geographic and Disney to UK Parliament and Historic Royal Palaces, from countless design and games studios to dance schools and fabrication workshops. I've worked with writers, illustrators, film makers, software designers, musicians, film-makers - all of them profoundly creative.
I'm experienced at running growth training programmes, leading Creative England’s acclaimed Female Founders Scale-up Programme funded by the British Film Institute. I've taught thousands of creatives and start-up founders at universities including the University of the Arts, London, the University of Wales, and University of Westminster, Google Campus. And I'm a Design Business Association registered expert. And I'm one of Enterprise Nation's top 50 business coaches.
I’m also the author of 'Simple Tips, Smart Ideas: Build a Bigger, Better Business' - a Business Book Awards 2020 finalist. With only 5* reviews on Amazon, it puts the power to build their venture in everyone's hands.
