Fashion designer Krizia Robustella turned some '90s nylon tracksuits she found in the back room of her mother's store into her first runway collection. Since then, she firmly believes that working with used clothes can be the best way to get started in the world of fashion, allowing you to work with a base and create something totally new.
In this course, you will learn to create a fashion collection under a single creative concept and will customize a piece of clothing by transforming it into a new one. You will learn the process step by step and study different techniques like deconstruction or the creation of your own textures. Once completed, you will have designed a collection using the upcycling technique and will be able to personalize any garment in your own unique style.

Krizia Robustella has been dedicated to fashion design for over ten years from her home in Barcelona. Her mother, a clothing wholesaler, named her after a 1970s Italian brand she saw in Vogue. And thus, her destiny was written.
The press dubbed the style of her first show in 2007 as Sport Deluxe. In addition to being found in her own store in Barcelona, her collections regularly appear at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid and 080 Barcelona Fashion.
